The Society for Toxicology keeps a record of personal contact information of its members. Reasons to keep this information includes (but is not confined to)  the possibility to facilite contact between members or distribute information to members such as news, events or vacancies. Personal information of members is not shared with third parties unless permission is given by the person the information belongs to. By becoming an NVT member, new members permit the usage of the personal information by he society for the reasons described above. When a membership is ended, the society will completely remove the personal information of (ex)members within three years. You can request a faster removal from the society database by contacting the NVT website administrator
