ABSTRACT SUBMISSION IS NOW OPEN!
Deadline for abstract submission: April 14, 2021
Professionals, PhD candidates and Bachelor/Master students are very welcome to submit an abstract about their research. All abstracts will be accepted for a virtual poster presentation and some will be selected to give an oral presentation during one of the sessions. Note that it is possible to complete your registration and submit an abstract later, however, the abstract should be submitted before the deadline of April 14, 2021.
The abstract should not exceed 2500 characters (incl. spaces) and requires a title, author list (last name, first initial) with affiliations and keywords (5 max.). This year, we would like to clearly overview all models that are currently applied in our research in order to help you to quickly find your posters of interest during the meeting. Therefore, you are asked to upload a visual abstract representing the model (e.g. cell, animal, computer model) that you are using in your research. Choose an image or picture, a title and a catchy subtitle that represents your model. In case your poster concerns more than one model, it is allowed to make one slide per model. The template, including example, can be downloaded in the abstract submission form. Be aware that the file should not exceed 100MB.
For the online poster session, design a 1 ppt slide visualizing your research and most interesting findings. Prepare a poster pitch of maximal 2 minutes for the jury, who will virtually visit your e-poster on June 9 and/or June 10.
Presenters are allotted 15 minutes presentation time with an additional 5 minutes Q&A.
