Members, PhD- and MSc-students are very welcome to submit an abstract about their research. All abstracts are accepted for a poster presentation.

Both PhD- and MSc-students can apply for a speed presentation during the ‘Young scientist’ day, 21st of June. However, due to the limited space in the program, only a selection of abstracts will be assigned with a presentation.

For the 4th year/senior PhD-students, it is possible to apply for a platform presentation on the  Member day 20th of June. Here as well, a selection will be performed after submission of the abstracts.

Abstract guidelines in short:

  • Abstract length: no longer than 250 words (including titles and headings <2500 characters)
  • Text font: Times New Roman, 12-point font size, single line spacing, left alignment
  • Leave one line below the names and addresses and between paragraphs
  • Include maximum 5 keywords

You can also find our abstract format here.

The abstract submission is part of the registration form.

Deadline for abstract submission: CLOSED

Abstracts submitted after the deadline cannot be selected for a speed- or platform presentation.
