1.1 The board of the association may be assisted by one or more committees.
1.2 The association will establish sections and working groups to focus on specific issues within the framework of the association's objectives when possible. Decisions in this regard will be taken by the general assembly upon the recommendation of the board and at least twenty members of the association.
1.3 The members of the association are eligible to register for membership in one or more sections and / or working groups.
1.4 Invitations to board meetings of the association are delivered to the section and working group boards and committees with a period of at least ten days from the date of the postmark.
1.5 The board of the association is obliged to give observers appointed by the section and working group boards and the committees the opportunity to attend the board meetings of the association.
1.6 The board of the association may nominate one or more of its members, who may attend meetings of the section and working group boards and committees.
1.7 Candidates for the board of the association are proposed to the general assembly which is convened by the incumbent board of the association. Association members can lodge an objection against candidates, if supported by at least five members of the association. The two Committees
2.1.1 The board of the association decides on the establishment and abolition of committees

2.1.3 The members of the commission share tasks among themselves and appoint and dismiss, if necessary, a secretary and a treasurer.

2.1.5 The committees meet as often as necessary in accordance with their chairman's judgement and if at least two members of the commission, with reasons given, request the chairman.

2.2 The Toxicology Council (Concilium Toxicologicum, CT)
2.2.1 The members of the Toxicology Council
188.8.131.52 The Toxicology Council is a commission consisting of seven members of the association, of which equal numbers are associated with Dutch universities and working in the field of applied toxicology. The chairman is a professor of toxicology at a Dutch university and shall, in principle, act as the spokesperson.

2.2.2 The task of the Concilium Toxicologicum

18.104.22.168 Acts as defined in Art. 22.214.171.124, as well as changes thereto, require the consent of at least five members of the Toxicology Council.
126.96.36.199 Decisions on requirements and final shall be notified within one month of the Registration Commission and the trainers. For toxicologists-in-training that are already on the list of toxicologists in training, changes apply only if consent is obtained from the Trainer, the candidate heard.
2.2.4 Trainers and Programme Committees
188.8.131.52 The Registration Committee shall be appointed educators from the academic field and in the applied field. The trainers are appointed for a period of five years; They may be reappointed.

3 Sections and Working Groups
3.1 A section performs its activities within the view of the Board of the Association well-defined sub-discipline of Toxicology. A working group focuses its activities on, in the opinion of the Board of the Association, methodological / technical aspects within the Toxicology.
3.2 Where in the Articles 3.3 to 4.1 there is implicitly, Sections are also understood Workgroups.
3.3 Section is governed by a Board consisting of at least three and at most four of the members of the Section to appoint members.
3.4 Candidates for the Section Board are presented to the members of the Section or elected by the members of the Section to be determined by the Section Board manner. One thus nominated by the Section Board is then installed in the next General Assembly of the Association.

: 3.8 Convening notices for Board Meetings of the sections serve for a period of at least ten days from the postmark to be sent to the members of the Section Board and to the Secretary of the Board of the Association.
3.9 Budgetary Proposals for the benefit of the activities planned by the Section must be submitted before 1 November of the Board of the Association. Sections can be connected to international umbrella organizations. The members of such sections are then collectively, the Dutch representative of the international organization. They undertake the fee which is payable annually for membership of the international organization, to be paid to the Treasurer of the Association.
3.10 Section may be dissolved or restructured by the decision of the General Assembly of the Association on a proposal of the Board of the Association and the majority of the members of the section in question.
4 Scientific Meetings
4.1 The Association's members are entitled to participate in all by the Association and its Sections organized scientific meetings.
4.2 If certain circumstances justify a limited participation in certain scientific meetings should it, giving reasons should be communicated in the respective notices of meetings.
3.4 Scientific Meetings serve a term of at least one month within the Association generally known to be made.
